Is there a way to make the shroud somewhat scratch resistant-- paint, blueing, etc...? LOVE the gun, but mine scratches if I breathe on it :(

Happy Holidays!

I was thinking about using the one of the "Spray On" bed liner products. There are a couple of commercial Dealer's I have talked to. They both will guarantee their product from, flaking off, scrapes and scratches. Now they come in a multitude of colors. Both are air dry products too
