| I have a problem with my RWS 350, one day while out on a shoot, /i had the gun cocked back and was getting a pellet ready when i accidently pulled the trigger and having not gotton use to the safety the gun went off and the barrel flew forward could this have hurt the gun in any way? |

um.. first off you dry fired a springer. NEVER good... thast how you break stocks.. and get wicked piston slap and can ruin it. specialy with a magnum like the 350. do anyhting apper to be wrong? does it still shoot the same? have you taken it apart and looked? _________________ shoot straight

| I have not taken it apart yet. if it is the messed up i was wondering on what diana's return policy is? |

no need. the will fix it. im not sure what it is.. but if its shooting the same then it must be fine. but they have a warenty.. so. _________________ shoot straight

| Would i have to send it to germany to get it fixed? and also if i have owned the gun for about 3 weeks am i still able to get it fixed. |

yes sir. at least its prolly a 90 day/ but i think tis like a year or so.. _________________ shoot straight
